Resources
Purpose
View and manage your own resource information as a member, including personal details, minor status, liquor licenses, uniform sizes, and notes. This page is used by members of clubs that do not have an integrated club site with the venue scheduler.
If your club has an integrated club site with the venue scheduler, resource information, documents, and event assignments are synced automatically and seamlessly. You won't need to manually maintain your resource data here.
For administrators who need to view and manage resources for all members, see Member Resources Management.

Navigate to: /member/myResources or Member → Resources

What you see
This manual resource management interface is designed for clubs without integrated websites. If your club has an integrated site, all resource data, documents, and event syncing happens automatically without manual entry.
For Non-Integrated Clubs:
- Your resource record with personal information
- Ability to update uniform size, liquor license, and other details
- Minor status and age tracking
- Details field for certifications and notes
For Integrated Clubs:
- Automatic Sync: All resource data syncs from your club site
- Seamless Documents: Documents sync automatically to events
- No Manual Entry: Update through your club portal instead
