Overview
Purpose
The Schedules page provides a comprehensive list view of all schedules within your organization. From this page, you can create new schedules, download schedule data, search and filter schedules, and access detailed information about each schedule.

Key Features
Action Buttons
- Create: Click the green "+ Create" button to start creating a new schedule
- Download: Export schedule data for the selected time period
Date Navigation
- Use the month/year picker to navigate between different time periods
- Arrow buttons allow you to move forward or backward through months
Search and Filter
- Use the search bar in the top right to quickly find specific schedules by name, location, or other criteria
Schedule Table
The main table displays schedules with the following columns:
- Name: The title/name of the schedule (sortable)
- From: The start date and time of the schedule (sortable)
- Positions: Shows filled positions vs. total positions (e.g., 796/800)
- Status: Current status of the schedule
- Location: The venue or location where the schedule takes place (sortable)
Each row has an action menu (⋮) for additional options like viewing details, editing, or deleting the schedule.
Pagination
- Control the number of records displayed per page (default: 25)
- Navigate between pages using the pagination controls
- View total record count and current page range
