Steps
1. Log Into System
- Navigate to venue scheduler application
- Enter your organization credentials
- Log in to your member account
- Dashboard loads with organization view
2. Navigate to My Profile
- Click on your organization name or profile menu
- Select My Profile or Organization Settings
- Profile page displays

3. Review Current Information
Review your organization's current profile:
- Organization Name: Official club/organization name
- Contact Information: Primary contact email and phone

- Status: Active/Inactive

If your organization has an integrated club site:

9. Save Changes

10. Verify Updates
After saving:
- Refresh profile page
